【Visa Exemption Notice】This tour enters China via Beijing and is eligible for the 240-hour transit visa exemption policy (you must hold valid international flight tickets and connecting tickets to a third country/region, and complete entry formalities at Beijing ports of entry). The visa-exempt stay period starts at 00:00 on the day after entry, for a maximum of 240 hours (10 days). Please ensure your passport has at least 6 months of remaining validity, and your connecting tickets are genuine and valid. Travelers who do not qualify for the visa exemption should apply for a Chinese tourist visa (L visa) well in advance before departure. 【Risk Notice】Areas including Mount Wutai, the Hanging Temple, Shaolin Temple, and Longmen Grottoes feature mountainous terrain, steps, and sections that require walking; we recommend wearing comfortable, non-slip shoes. Temperature differences between morning/evening and daytime are significant in mountainous and grotto areas, so please bring warm clothing. When visiting certain religious sites, please dress appropriately and remain quiet. 【Alternative Plan (Plan B)】In the event of special circumstances such as adverse weather, scenic spot capacity limits, temporary venue adjustments, or performance cancellations, we will prioritize adjusting the tour itinerary or replacing experience items of equivalent cultural value, to ensure core cultural experiences are not reduced as much as possible. Popular scenic spots (including the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, the Great Wall, the Hanging Temple, Longmen Grottoes, Shaolin Temple, etc.) implement reservation, capacity limit, or ticketing policies. Final arrangements are subject to actual reservation results and the daily policies of the scenic spots; if pre-booked tickets or performances sell out, we will either refund the relevant fees in accordance with official policies or replace them with equivalent items.
Booking & Cancellation
1. Cancellation Policy (calculated by calendar days before departure): A 10% charge of the total tour fee applies for cancellations made 30–45 days prior to departure; 30% for cancellations made 15–29 days prior to departure; 50% for cancellations made 7–14 days prior to departure; 100% of the total tour fee will be charged for cancellations made within 7 days of departure. 2. Insurance: The travel agency has purchased Travel Agency Liability Insurance as a standard inclusion for all bookings; travelers are recommended to purchase Personal Travel Accident Insurance on their own before departure, or authorize the agency to purchase it on their behalf. 3. Risk Disclosure: Please refer to "Booking Notes · Risk Disclosure"; some destinations require a certain amount of walking and stair climbing, so please choose your tour according to your personal health condition. 4. Alternative Plan: Please refer to "Booking Notes · Alternative Plan (Plan B)". 5. Visa (Guest's Responsibility): Travelers who do not qualify for the 240-hour visa-free entry policy must apply for the required visa independently. All losses caused by entry denial or itinerary adjustments due to visa or document issues will be borne by the traveler.
